What we collect
When you request pricing, apply for coaching, or contact Fit By Science, we may collect information you choose to provide, including your name, email address, phone number, coaching interests, goals, and application responses. We may also collect basic referral or campaign information, such as the page that referred you or UTM campaign parameters.
How we use it
We use this information to provide pricing access, respond to coaching inquiries, review applications, deliver services you request, understand which marketing efforts are useful, and improve Fit By Science. We do not use a pricing request as automatic consent for marketing text messages.
Text messages
If you separately check the optional SMS consent box, Fit By Science may send occasional marketing text messages to the number you provide. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. You can opt out by replying STOP. If you do not check the box, your phone number may still be used to respond specifically to a coaching inquiry or application when appropriate.
Service providers
We use service providers to operate the website and store information. The site currently uses Cloudflare infrastructure, including Workers and D1. Service providers may process information only as needed to provide their services. Fit By Science does not sell or rent your personal information.
How long we keep information
We keep lead and application information for as long as reasonably useful for responding to your request, maintaining business records, and operating the coaching business, unless a longer period is required by law. We may delete information that is no longer needed.
Your choices
You may ask to update or delete information you submitted to Fit By Science. Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights. Until a dedicated privacy email is published, privacy requests can be sent through the Fit By Science Instagram account at @fitbyscience.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to protect submitted information. No internet or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Adults
Fit By Science coaching and the macro calculator are intended for adults age 18 and older. The website is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children.
Updates
We may update this policy as the website, services, or legal requirements change. The effective date above will be updated when material changes are made.
This page describes the current Fit By Science data practices. It is not a substitute for legal advice, and the policy should be reviewed as the business adds payment processing, email marketing, SMS platforms, analytics, or other third-party services.
